As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation, I have over 20 years of experience in Coaching, Leadership Development, and Coach Mentoring. I have successfully coached executives in large global organizations across multiple industries and cultures, which positions me to understand the challenges they face executing business expectations while attaining their career aspirations. My clients are fun, engaging, and full of potential and it’s an honor to serve them.
My coaching approach is rooted in trust and fosters a genuine sense of care for the leaders I support. I apply various tools and assessments such as the Gallup StrengthsFinder, the Leadership Circle, the EQi Indicator, so that they better understand themselves and can create a path to grow and achieve their goals.
My most recent role at Accenture, a global professional services firm, was Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Coach Mentor within the Leadership Development and Coaching organization. There I helped leaders enhance their strategic abilities, learn to communicate with enthusiasm and direction, understand how to lead and care for their teams, and feel a sense of accomplishment in attaining their and the organization's goals.

New Coach Mentoring
I mentor coaches who want to become ICF accredited. I leverage my knowledge of the ICF competencies, markers, and standards to support my clients. I create an environment of partnership, trust, and transparency for coaches to experiment, and receive constructive feedback to transform their coaching practice.
